Urgent translations
Get your translations in record time when you have an urgent need. Time is of the essence, and at EasyTranslate we pride ourselves in being flexible and providing a service that is adapted to each client, according to your specific needs and requirements.
When we receive a request for an urgent translation, there are several factors that we consider in order to find the right solution to meet your deadline.
Record timing
Many of our translators work on a freelance basis. When we come across an urgent project, we can find an available translator that can be solely committed to the specific project, and can therefore spend more time on it and meet a tighter deadline. In some cases, an urgent translation requires a longer working day than usual. Making sure that a translator has no other ongoing projects ensures that they are able to put in the hours necessary.
An extra hand
Need a large volume to be translated in a short time frame? We are able to split your project and have two or more translators working at the same time, in order to speed up the process. At EasyTranslate, we keep close contact with our translators. We understand their individual strengths and areas of expertise, but also how they are able to work together as a team depending on their shared experiences or style of writing. Taking this criteria into consideration, we are able to assemble a team of linguists to work together on achieving the deadline you require.
Machine assistance
Another possibility to shorten the translation process is to perform a machine translation first, and have a linguist proofread this to align the language with your brand identity and tone of voice. Although machine translations cannot compare with human translations, it is a great way to fast forward the translation process. A machine translated text will require proofreading only, which requires less time than a regular translation project.
