We are currently seeking a highly skilful candidate with a passion for employee engagement to establish an HR department in a high growth company.


    About the position

    Our company is at a stage where we wish to focus even more on our culture, inspiring and empowering our people to fulfil our vision of changing the industry in which we operate. You will be responsible for establishing an HR department from the ground up, working together with a passionate international team across 2 offices. Based on our business strategy and objectives you will look at our entire employee life cycle making sure that the HR initiatives being implemented adds value to both our employee experience and in reaching our company goals.


    Main responsibilities

    You’ll need to be data-driven, fast to execute, and eager to build and maintain our company culture to emphasize quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance as we scale in each department.

    You’ll lead different projects ranging from:

    • Driving scalable recruiting and having an eye for candidates with the right competencies and DNA fit
    • Ensuring and developing proper onboarding for every department
    • Talent Management – strengthen the organisation through training and career development
    • Culture – maintain and build our culture as we grow across departments
    • HR Management; legal, contracts, administration, holidays, sickness etc.


    Experience and skills required

    We are looking for a talented and driven addition to our team with experience from a high growth company.

    • Minimum 2 years’ professional experience, preferably in a tech company
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Ability to architect strategy demonstrating great leadership skills
    • You have successfully integrated or strengthened culture in a previous role
    • You have good knowledge of Peakon and OKR concepts
